I’m Dennis Becker, and I love helping people succeed.

I guess you could say I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1981, when I started my own software consulting business.  Between then and 1989 I traveled across the U.S. and Canada helping large businesses make maximum use of a proprietary software language, as well as design and implement large computer systems.

Many of my clients were large Fortune 500 firms, including insurance companies, banks, brokerage firms, manufacturers, national broadcasting companies, as well as state governments such as California, large cities such as New York City and Chicago, even the U.S. Senate, and many more.

I taught groups of people, and I held their hands by showing them how to use the software product that I specialized in.  I also stood up to upper management to tell them what they were doing wrong, slogged it out with the corporate and government bureaucrats in endless meetings, and managed to maintain my sanity somehow.

I gave up my very lucrative business in 1989

In 1989 I gave that all up in order to open a small retail store in my home town so that I could spend more time with my family, and ran a very successful store until around 2006.

Since computers were always my first love (my first real job was as a programmer), when I found eBay in 1998 it gave me an opportunity to go online, and I started scaling up from there.

I can’t say that it was all easy sailing though. Once I became really serious about making a living online and winding down my retail business in 2002, it took from then until 2005 to really figure it all out.

That was the most frustrating 3 years of my life because I knew I wasn’t dumb, I knew I could run a business, I knew I had computer skills, but it wasn’t working.

Then, after starting to follow some others who were earning the kind of income I wanted to earn, I finally figured it out. Until then, I tried learning everything on my own.

They say experience is a great teacher, but wow…

Since 2006 I’ve managed to earn well in excess of 6 figures annually, and it’s difficult to believe it was so seemingly unreachable once upon a time.

Since 2007 I’ve run the successful Earn1KaDay Insiders Club where I provide courses, encouragement, and a family atmosphere that fosters success, and many there have thrived and built successful businesses.  Additionally I market online, both my own inventory of over 300 products, as well as being a successful affiliate, that regularly shows up on the top of the leaderboards.

However, I’m happiest when someone inside my Earn1KaDay Insiders Club reaches the same level of success.  Of course, not everyone does.

And worst of all, with access to the same resources and encouragement and network inside Earn1KaDay that the others have, many just make no progress at all, going week after week, month after month, year after year,  stuck in the same spot, and that’s what’s so frustrating.

Easy, but not simple

Marketing on the Internet can be easy, but it isn’t always simple, as evidenced by the three years that I struggled.

Many quit before they “get it”.  Fortunately I hung around, too stubborn to give up, or maybe it was just that I had no other choice.

My goal inside Earn1KaDay is to give the information and encouragement necessary for everyone inside to reach their first $1000 daily profit milestone.  That’s it.  Nothing more, nothing less, because I know that once that glass ceiling is reached, a person can and usually will continue moving forward.

Unfortunately, not all Internet marketers understand or appreciate how easy it really can be.  They believe, falsely, that they have to learn 100’s of different skills and do them all by themselves.

You don’t have to learn a whole lot…

The truth is, there are fewer than a dozen skills to learn, and if you’re not comfortable doing some of them, they can be outsourced to others, often at very low cost.

No one can guarantee success online, but the quickest way to almost guaranteed success to to find a coach or mentor and an accountability partner, couple that with information on core skillset training, and then follow a path that has proven successful in the past.

If you’re fortunate to have a friend or family member who’s already doing what you want to do, and is patient enough and has time to guide you, then congratulations, you’re on your way…

… unfortunately most people don’t have that available, so they look for a mentor or coach.

Many mentoring and coaching programs can be prohibitively expensive, but if the person is qualified and does a good job, the investment is just that, an investment… much like a college education requires a sizable investment before you begin a lucrative career.

Think about it.  You go to college, spend 4 or more years, paying on average (in the U.S. at least) maybe $20,000 a year, plus room and board, per year, and at the end you get a degree that says you’re ready to start a career as whatever…

Someone with a computer thinks they can buy a $7 report and start making bucketloads of money the next day.

Nope, it doesn’t work like that, I’m afraid.

And while an Internet marketer doesn’t need a degree, they do need at least a basic education and guidance (certainly more than just how to click a mouse and set up a PayPal account), and most don’t know where to get that guidance, do they?

Or you could keep trying the latest and greatest product of the day..  Many keep buying bright shiny objects (BSO’s) week after week, hoping there’s a silver bullet inside that will slay all their worries and bring them riches.  Good luck with that, how’s it been working so far?

Or you could keep on doing what you’ve been doing, and most likely keep on getting what you’ve been getting.  Again, how’s it been working so far?
