The devastation has been brutal in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Over 4 feet of rain fell in a short period of time, flooding out millions of people in the 4th largest city in the U.S., leaving them homeless, and many without drinking water.
As the storm subsides, there will still be many billions of dollars in damage left behind, some homes totally ruined, and it will take many months or years to get back to any semblance of normalcy.
